Basically I can get an upgrade for my phone cheaper from amazon with an extention of my contract. But you have to purchase this PDA plan which I really dont need. And further down the line I am going to add another line and switch it to a family plan. I really want to know if someone ever was charged this fee for changing there AT&T account or knows.
