No Annual Fee Credit Cards

I live and work in Nigeria and need to register for a program in the U S. I do not however have a credit card, mastercard, paypal, etc. We don't have access to CLICKBANK in Nigeria either. The registration fee is less than 0! How do I then make the registration?

Where it asks for employment status.. What do you put if you are a full time student and work full time?

And I am 18 and so I live with my parents. And I don't make monthly housing payments. So do I leave it blank?

And what is the Balance Transfer Form for? I don' really understand it.

I did find one but never heard of it it required a debit from your bank at time of application acceptance and a .95 a month fee..

What are things that can lower your credit score? I heard that if you go shop of cars or furnitures and the stores check your credit that can lower your credit score. Is this true? How many credits are taken off per each credit check? What about cosigning for someone with bad credit? Can that lower my credit score?

For example, I see Amazon.com now is offering a cash back when I first apply it.
However, I have 1 visa card already, I only wanted apply it for that benefit.
If I apply it and I do not use in the future, would it affect my credit score or any other things at all?
