I want to apply for an apartment but they need a 625 credit score. I lost my job for a few months and am now behind on two accounts.
My credit score is 597. I can bring the accounts current in less than three weeks but will just that be enough to raise my score those 28 points? I don't want to waste my application fee just to get rejected.

I am trying to get my mom into an apartment but she has very bad credit. She HAS to have an apartment by the end of this week. How do you get approved if you have bad credit? Is there a way around the credit check? Thanks for the advice.

I need a car new or pre-owned and I was wondering if anyone knew of a dealer(in Texas) or a lender that will finance a car for someone who have very poor credit(credit score is 615) a repossesion, and no down payment. And a co-signer is not an option. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I am 24, single, pregnant and work two jobs. I can afford an apartment but my credit is bad due to not working for a couple months.

I am living with my dad and stepmom right now but I need to get out asap. How can I get an apartment if I have bad credit and no cosigner?

My fiance and I are trying to rent an apartment together. I applied for it in my name, since he doesn't have any credit and just started his job a few weeks ago. I have been at my job for almost 2 months and make about 00/month. The rent is 0/month. My credit score is low, in the 540's, but the accounts in collections went into collections 3-5 years ago, and I am working on paying them off. The other accounts are in good standing. The leasing office called me yesterday to verify some info on previous rental history and said she would call them back (the building has since been sold, demolished and rebuilt), then pull my credit. This makes me really nervous. She called around 2pm yesterday and I haven't heard back. I have excellent rental history and a clean criminal record, as does my fiance. What do you think my chances are of getting approved for this apartment?
