    When you get your credit report, you generally get your "score" on it. That is your FICO score.

    If not, paid subscriptions to Privacy Guard or Privacy Source will get you your triple credit reports with FICO scores ..

    No can do brother. That is how the credit bureaus make their money. If you want a score, some one has to pay. As you now know, you can get the report, but the score costs money.

    Only way around this is to apply for a loan somewhere and then see if the financial institution will let you see your score. The financial institution would be the one paying for access to your score, if they choose to give the information out to you that is up to them. Some will, some won’t.

    The score on your credit report is not your true fico score. You can go to myfico.com and get your fico scores. I do not know of any place that offers your fico scores for free. The only other way to find out is to apply for something and ask for you score.

    CAll each Credit Agency and they will send you a free report, you are alowed 1 a year for free.
