Instant approval credit card application needs review?

I applied for a Citi Forward Student credit card this afternoon and the instant credit card application said that my application was received and needs further review. Is "further review" another way of saying denied. I have fair credit and have only one other credit card (Discover).
What do you think my chances are?

Usually "further review" is a no, I have been approved for some with further review, but not many.

Well they have received your credit card application and its under process for final approval.

  3. My Take on It says:

Usually when you are not instantly approved, 9 times out of 10 you can expect a decline letter.

Here … try this :) You wont have fees interest rates or costs…

Daniel I would suggest STAYING away from ANY type of payday loans anywhere… I would reccomend this for fixing your credit. I had some bad credit and some medical debt and over a year cleared a lot of it up and was actually able to get a credit card and auto loan.

First I received this pre paid debit card. Added money on it and used it like a reg card. There are no transaction fees you cant overdraft and no maintenance fees. After about 3 months they gave me a credit card. I used the credit card to pay off bills and payed it with the debit card. After about 13 months they gave me an auto loan, and you would probably be able to take out a short term loan from them if you wanted

After a year I have boosted my credit score 100pts! That is a lot if you dont know. Anyways it was great and easy and I didnt get killed on fees like I did from my bank.

You should try it… http://www.accountnow.com . ALSO enter refferel code: newstart and they give you a free $10.00 and hey 10 bucks is 10 bucks.
