my sister worked for them for 6 years they are con artist at large the household bank will turn you down for the slightest credit blemish they don’t tell you that when you apply
I’ll tell you a horror…..
A long time ago my mom filed her taxes at H&R block and she got her taxes but then they sent her another check or something for like $1000 and she gave it back to H&R block and they thanked her saying noone has or would ever do that…..but for some reason every year after that they kept tracking her down saying she owed them that money!
All of your "horrors" are addressed in the CONTRACT that you signed. Did you actually READ it from top to bottom?
Out of curiosity I went to Block read the contract — after a brief argument with the office "manager." I walked out. LOUSY deal and some serious questions on compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act as well!
