Around 60 days. Call the credit card company and tell them these are fraudulent charges. Tell them you never used this company, never heard of them, never dealt with them, and did not authorize these charges and want them disputed. The credit card company will close the account and issue you another card with another number. This is a notorious problem with some restaurants. They can take a picture of the front and back of your card with their cell phone and have the information they need to make a new one once they have your credit card and are supposedly going to run it to pay the bil. The card is then out of our possession and they can screw you over royally.
call your credit card company they will work with you.
I have had similar and they will remove the charges and dispute with the organziation that placed the charges on your account./
not uncommon.
Most people won’t notice extra charges until their next statement comes out, which can be up to a month after the charges. Call the company and dispute the charges.
As soon as you become aware that there are unauthorized charges on your credit card, you must call them and register a dispute. Most cards give you 10 – 21 days after you receive your statement to "become aware" of the charges, but the sooner the better.
You can still dispute it. Do so ASAP! You have up to 60 days before you start running into issues. Not that you can’t dispute it after that, but some companies give you a hard time with it after 60 calendar days, or two statements.
