My fico scores are 647, 644 and 628. I have 3-4 old collections on my report, but they are 3-6 years old.
do I qualify for regular credit card? if so which?
please be specific and informative.

In the past you certainly would have but in the current economic crisis I’m not sure of anything anymore.
If I were you I would go to http://creditboards.com/forums and ask over there.

Try Capital One. They give a card to almost anyone with a pulse.

Fico score in not an issue with a secured card
