How do I find out the current VISA and Mastercard exchange rate?
When I buy things on Ebay from overseas I have the choice of either Paypal's exchange rate or my credit card. How do I find out the current rate for VISA and Mastercard to compare?
From experience, VISA and Mastercard rates are better, but it would be good to compare at the time of paying.
